Becoming a member of {BiC} is easy but does require your participation and patience. It is a multi-step process as outlined here:

Phase 1. The first thing you need to do is fill out the {BiC} Membership Application and Questionnaire below. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed. If accepted, you will receive an email indicating your login information for the {BiC} Message Board. This means you can proceed to phase 2. Please do not proceed to phase 2 unless you get this email first.

Phase 2. The second phase requires changing your America's Army username to the one you chose below and playing with us on one of our servers for 30 days. Your username will have the R(BiC) prefix where R stands for Recruit. We want to get to know you and for you to know us. We would like for you to join us on Teamspeak and chat with us while playing. If you do not have a microphone, we encourage you to at least listen in and then type what you want to say into the America's Army console. The Teamspeak address and password information is located in the {BiC} Members Only forum on our message board and you will need to sign in to get it.

Phase 3. After your 30 day probationary period, the {BiC} Board Members will vote on your permanent {BiC} membership. If you are voted in, you can go ahead and change your America's Army username prefix from R(BiC) to {BiC}. If your application is rejected you will be notified BUT you may not be given a reason as to why it was rejected. Our board members will vote but do not have to give a reason and so we may not be able to relay a reason to you.
