Just figured I'd post and let you know that they are making another L4D. I believe it takes place in New Orleans. You are four totally different survivors too. From the promo vid it looks like you have the option for a chainsaw, axe, baseball bat, and a frying pan.

Anyways, it is due out a week after MW2 - in November.

looks pretty good, Trailer doesn't really focus on gameplay as much as the L4D1 did. oh well, it looks interesting, i'll wait for som1 to get it b4 i do.

Yeah, I mean I doubt it would be worse than L4D. It will probably just be better graphics, more variety in zombies, new levels and weapons. Perhaps more game modes as well. I'm looking forward to it, but Modern Warfare 2 and Starcraft 2 are definitely more important to me.

Update - Do NOT buy this game unless you haven't played L4D (the original). The new game - Left 4 Dead 2 - feels the exact same, feels like the exact same game, except it takes 50 dollars from you.

I didn't have the original. The sequel is quite fun (and has a few more melee weapons...)
